After abrasive blasting the tube sheets, water-box and heads, we repair any damaged areas caused by severe corrosion with Belzona XL-Metal. It has excellent high mechanical strength and excellent resistance to a broad range of chemicals.
When all repairs are complete we apply two coats of Belzona 1341 Supermetalglide that has:

Color differentiated formulations plus computer designed product rheology allows two coats to be applied to correct file thickness - very important to ensure no change to fluid flow characteristics of equipment while still enhancing efficiency.
We warranty this product for five years, labor and materials.
Cooling Towers
We will remove and replace the fill, if necessary. We'll abrasive blast the interior, repair all holes with Belzona XL-Metal, apply Belzona MR-7 Elastomer to all the seams and then apply two coats of Belzona 5811 Immersion Grade that provides outstanding protection from the effects of salt water, acid, alkali, alcohol, hydrocarbon and the environment. It is protection that is long lasting and economically sound.

We repair all exterior leaks - repair and coat the drip pans. We use different Belzona products for this application depending on conditions.
Holding Tanks for Process Water
We abrasive blast the inside and coat using the Belzona 5811 Immersion Grade System.
