We abrasive blast with aramax blast with baking soda or high-pressure wash outside walls to remove all dirt, mildew, mold and graffiti prior to sealing brick, concrete and other substrates with proper sealer.
We remove all existing sealant and backarod from windows and building joints. We mask off the areas of repair, re-install backarod and re-install sealant.
Containment & Mechanical Room Floors
We repair damaged concrete and seal concrete floors.
We repair expansion joints, install filler board and backarod then seal with expansion joint material.
We prepare concrete floors by Blastrac shotblasting and mechanical grinding, both with dust collection systems attached.
